Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This policy governs the end of your prepaid subscription term and the conditions under which refunds may be issued by Sathuram Software Services (OPC) Private Limited for the Service.

1. Subscription Termination

A. Client Initiated End-of-Term

Since Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed term (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Annual), your access to the Service will automatically terminate upon the expiration date of the prepaid term. No action is required to stop future charges.

B. Continuation of Service

The Client and its Users will retain full access to the Service until the final date of the current prepaid term.

If the Client wishes to continue using the Service, a new Subscription must be purchased manually before the current term expires.

The Client is responsible for paying all fees for the entirety of the subscription term selected at the time of purchase.

C. Termination for Breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Subscription immediately, without refund, if the Client or any User breaches the Terms of Service (e.g., failure to pay, violation of acceptable use policies).

2. Refunds Policy

A. General Non-Refundable Policy

All Subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes fees for Monthly, Quarterly (e.g., 3-month), and Annual Subscriptions. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial periods of service or for unused time. Once a Subscription is purchased, the Client is obligated to pay for the full prepaid term.

B. Exception for Service Failure (Our Fault)

If the Service is unavailable due to an issue on our part for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours and this failure is not related to scheduled maintenance, the Client may be eligible for a pro-rata refund equivalent to the fees paid for the period of downtime, or an equivalent credit toward a future purchase, at the Client's discretion.

3. How Refunds are Issued

Refunds (only applicable under Section 2.B or as mandated by law), will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account until the dispute is resolved. If the chargeback is deemed unwarranted by the payment provider, the Client will be responsible for any fees incurred by us.
